Veronica has worked in the veterinary field for the past eleven years. She started her career as an in-patient technician and, over the last four years, has expanded into leadership and managerial positions. As a veterinary hospital manager, Veronica works to foster a strong sense of community and teamwork through frequent staff training sessions, mentorship, and a ‘teach by example’ attitude. She strives to equip her team with principals they can use to grow as professionals and as human beings.

In addition to being passionate about veterinary medicine, Veronica is a huge ‘90s rom-com nerd, loves walking, listening to music (she'll love you forever, Third Eye Blind!) and, above all else, spending time with her children.
